None-wetting air cooling for Dairy barns

Issues in cow barns for milk production during warm weather

  • Heat stress / fatigue
  • Decrease of milk production volume due to nutritional deficiency caused by animals using blood flow for heat dissipation
  • Loss of appetite
  • Lower productivity (lower quality and quantity in milk production)

Solution: None-wetting Air cooling systems

Cooling down the barns without causing additional stress to the cows is important for dairy farms and cattle barns. Our air cooling systems cools effectively without wetting the animals or the ground by using the evaporative cooling effect of very fine “Semi-Dry Fog®”. The cows are cooled down by reducing the surrounding air temperature with fog. It also keeps the barns very hygienic. The installation of the system is adapted to each barn style.
