Drying in F&B industry
Blow-off in PCB assembly
- Our TAIFUJet® series is ideal for PCB blow-off in order to remove excess water, chemicals, or contaminants from the surface of the PCB.
Drying in steel industry
- Prevent double-feeding of steel-plates.
- Edge-wiper for steel surface treatment.

Pre-treatment drying
Pre-treatment drying with air nozzles is an effective way to remove water or moisture after the washing process. This reduces the risk of defects during the painting or coating process.
Pinpoint cooling of plastic
Our TF-R air nozzle is ideal for pinpoint cooling of complex-shaped plastic injection mold products. This ensures solidification after molten plastic fills the mold cavities. This technique is also effective in addressing issues related to insufficient solidification.
Rejection and sorting
Air blowing is used to sort products flowing on a line into Class A, Class B, Out of Specification, and Defective categories, while also removing foreign objects from the line. Our TF-F-42 is ideal for this purpose as the unique design creates a uniform and efficient air flow distribution at a low noise level.
Air curtains
Air curtains are ideal for conveyor belts as they can produce an even air flow with uniform impact distribution. Applications include Blow-off drying after washing and Edge wiper blowing for steel surface treatment

Air knives are designed to “cut” or blow off moisture, dust, or contaminants from products. optimize the use of compressed air, reduce turbulence and sound levels.
