Improve the spinning process with Dry Fog Humidity control
Humidity control
To assist with the control and management of the moisture and humidity level, the implementation of the AKIMist “E” can provide various benefits. Its “Dry Fog” fine droplets create the optimum environment where the moisture penetrates faster and more efficiently within the textile fibers. However, the AKIMist “E” can also function as a powerful backup of the steam moisture-conditioning machines.
Moisturization
In the blowing and mixing stage, moisturization can be provided by the use of our fine atomization spray nozzles. By adding this spray moisturization treatment, it can prevent as an antistatic agent which prevents fibers from sticking to dust.
For this process, we recommend our pneumatic spray nozzle technology with very fine atomization. Our BIM nozzle is very suitable for this process and canbe applied to:
- spray water to assist with the moisture conditioning of materials, or
- as an antistatic agent that prevent fibers from sticking to dust.
