We offer advanced cooling solutions using precision spray technology for a wide range of industrial applications. Our spray nozzles create fine droplets that provide efficient cooling through evaporation or direct contact. Applications include food processing, livestock, greenhouses, factories, outdoor areas and gas cooling. Fine Fog and Semi-Dry Fog® technologies enable effective cooling while minimizing unwanted wetting.

- A Waste Incineration Plant had to replace their spillback nozzles for gas cooling very frequently due to the increased temperature of the exhaust gases. Ikeuchi solved wthis issue by designing an integrated spill-back nozzle and sleeve.
Gas turbine cooling
Our gas turbine inlet air cooling system generates a fog consisting of water droplets with a mean diameter of 10 to 30 µm, which cools the ambient air through the heat of vaporization of the fog. Typically, this system cools the air by 2 to 4ºC, with the potential to reduce the temperature by a maximum of 20ºC in extremely high-temperature and low-humidity regions.
Food industry cooling
- Bakery products: mist or water spraying to cool bread and other baked products after baking, or to control moisture loss during cooling.
- Seafood: cooling fish and seafood during processing while helping prevent the surface from drying.
- Carcass chilling: Carcass chilling is an effective way to prevent shrinkage and weight loss of meat.
Ceramic wear resistant cooling nozzles without wetting
Our ceramic cooling nozzles are ideal for cooling applications such as livestock cooling or outdoor cooling due to its small droplet size around 35–60 μm.
