NOx control

Controlling nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions is crucial for improving air quality and thereby prevent the negative environmental and health effects associated with these pollutants. NOx control solutions can primarily be offered for industries such power plants, cement factories, oil refineries, incineration plants metallurgy etc.

SNCR

A customer had issues with coarse droplets from their urea spreaying system. This caused corrosion of the refractory bricks and mortar of the incinerator’s inner walls. Furthermore, they had issues with clogging of spray nozzles. After switching to Ikeuchi’s solution, the customer eliminated the unwanted corrosion effect and saw a 40% reduction reduction in urea solution usage.

SNC

Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) is a highly effective method for reducing nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions from combustion processes. For this application we recommend our SETO-jet series. It is a Clog-resistant Fine Fog Nozzle developed for SCR to reach full evaporation with smaller droplets. The mean droplet diameter is 60 µm or less (*3).

Protection equipment

We can offer a protective air tube, Water-cooling jacket, and Retracting mount equipment. For one customer, we developed a customized design where the nozzle section and sleeve are welded together as a single integrated unit. This allowed both to be replaced simultaneously and eliminated gaps between the nozzle and sleeve, further enhancing the protective performance of the nozzle piping.

SETOJet-series

Our SETOJet-series has an ultra-fine atomization with a mean droplet diameter of 60 μm or less (*3). SETOJet also has a clog-resistant design.
