Ikeuchi suggested to install its fog-based dust control system. It suppresses dispersion by spraying fine mist from nozzles to settle airborne dust. When water is sprayed into the air as a fine mist through a spray nozzle, the water particles spread throughout the space while slowly falling. They collide with and adsorb onto airborne dust particles. The adsorbed dust then settles to the ground under the force of gravity. This is the principle of dust suppression. Crucially, the size of the water droplets must match that of the dust particles. If the droplets are too large, dust will slip through the gaps, preventing sufficient adhesion and rendering the dust suppression ineffective
