The right amount of spice

Seasoning and coating are important processes in the food industry in order to add flavor, aesthetics or increase the longevity of the product. Both of these processes can be carried out automatically and with high precision by applying spray nozzle technology to the process line. By selecting the spray nozzle which is most fitting to the application, the higher the precision rate and minimization of scrap and overdosing.

Seasoning

Spread seasoning evenly and without streaks with our Setojet series technology. Setojet is a full cone spray pneumatic nozzle which produces a fine atomization with a mean droplet diameter of 60 µm or less.

Coating

Coat anything with the highest precision. Highly viscous liquids such as egg yolk, chocolate, syrup etc. can also be sprayed with our technology. Consult with our spray engineers to find the most suitable spraying systems for your specific coating application.

Oil spraying

With this technology, a small amount of oil can be sprayed onto molds for baking or a different oil application to increase the freshness of the product. Our BIM and KB spray nozzles are suitable for this application due to their small droplet size.
