Conveyor belt disinfection

By applying a range of fine mist spray nozzles to the conveyor belt, it is effectively disinfected and dried immediately. Ikeuchi’s engineers can advise on the appropriate nozzles for your specific application.

Disinfection of cooling room

By spraying alcohol through spray nozzles installed in the cooling duct, the cooling room is disinfected. This will ensure the prevention of mold growth and increase the safety of the final product. This is a common application for the bread baking industry.

 

Disinfection of entire factory

Equipped with a timer-system, dry fog can be spread to every corner of the factory at any time. The higher humidity level caused by the dry fog, will decrease the spread of virus and bacteria. It is also possible to add a disinfectant to the humidifier for increased disinfection.
