AAP
The AAP spray nozzle features a stable spray pattern across both low and high pressure ranges. It produces a hollow cone spray with relatively fine atomization, making it suitable for applications requiring precise coverage, such as dust suppression. Additionally, the spraying axis is oriented at 90° to the axis of the nozzle inlet, allowing for versatile installation configurations.

This ultra-small capacity hollow cone spray nozzle offers the finest atomization among hydraulic nozzles, making it ideal for applications requiring precise misting, such as dust suppression. It is designed to minimize clogging, featuring a free passage diameter that is 1.3 to 2.6 times larger than that of conventional nozzles. The whirl chamber is constructed using a ceramic orifice and closer, providing exceptional wear resistance. Ceramic spray nozzles typically last 20 to 30 times longer than those made of stainless steel, making it a sustainable choice.
