Moisturization during bread baking

Moisturization of bread is important in every part of the process. Maintaining appropriate humidity levels helps preserve freshness and extend the shelf life of baked goods. To improve the texture after baking, a fine mist of less than 50µm can be added to control the humidity level and moisturization around the bread. Our BIM spraying system is ideal for this application as it has a fine atomization and can be installed on any conveyor belt. 

Humidification in fermentation room

Proper humidity control ensures optimal yeast fermentation or cheese ripening. Dry Fog is ideal for controlling humidity in a fermentation room and other places. Our AKIMist® E dry fog humidifier provides a non-wetting and energy-efficient solution for your fermentation room. It uses 80% less energy that a conventional steam humidification system and is autimatically controlled by a sensor system.
