Improve the iron making process with precision spraying
Gas cooling
Many air quality standards depend on effective gas cooling to ensure that pollutants are effectively removed or reduced before discharge. Reducing gas temperatures can also prevent damage to equipment and reduce the risk of explosions or fires. Ikeuchi offers a number of spray nozzle solutions for gas cooling. For small cooling towers we offer the GSIM II series which can be sprayed in narrow angles of 60° and 20°. This helps to save construction and maintenance costs.
Dust suppression
Dust suppression is a crucial aspect of environmental management in iron and steel production. The processes involved in iron and steel manufacturing generate significant amounts of dust and particles, which can have adverse effects on air quality, worker health, and production equipment. Ikeuchi offers several types of spray nozzles equipment to suppress dust. Our GSIM II series can be used for dust suppression around exit of rolling mill to prevent particle contamination on the end-product.

Gas absorption
Gas absorption is a crucial process in iron production, particularly for controlling emissions and ensuring environmental compliance. During iron production, especially in blast furnaces and other high-temperature processes, various gases are generated. These gases often contain pollutants that need to be removed or treated before being released into the atmosphere. Ikeuchi offers gas absorption techniques in flue gas desulfurization and for cooling towers. Our TAA series nozzle is a lightweight wear-resistant flange type nozzle which sprays a stable hollow cone spray pattern under low pressures.
