Dust reduction solutions
Dust reduction in larger spaces
For dust suppression in larger areas or outdoor, we recommend our BIM series. Pneumatic spray nozzles, like BIM, are capable of dust suppression without significantly wetting the environment by swiftly spraying a large volume of droplets of 10 to 100 µm diameter.
Non-wetting dust suppression
In the case where condensation on expensive machinery cannot be risked, our AKIMist humidifier solution is the best choice. Due to the unique impinging technology it produces a small droplet size below 7.5 µm. The small droplets will bounce back without bursting on any surface. Due to the small size droplets, which are as small as dust particles, these droplets can suppress the dust particles. In addition, the increased humidity also helps to suppress dust.
