High pressure
High pressure nozzles are designed to allow for a high velocity water stream and are generally classified as spray nozzles with a pressure above 10 Bar. They are often used for tasks such as industrial cleaning and car wash. However, high pressure nozzles can also be used to create a tiny droplet size which can be used for applications such as dust suppression, humidification, cooling and art, without the use of a compressor.
High pressure spray nozzles for car wash
Our high pressure nozzles for car wash are known for their high wear resistance and resistance to chemicals. This is due to the ceramic material which is unique for its abilities in spray nozzle components.
Ceramic spray nozzles can last 20-30 times longer than stainless steel nozzles. This is why many of our car wash customers have switched to ceramic nozzles.
High pressure spray nozzles for horticulture
Our KB nozzles are known for having the finest atomization amongs our hydraulic nozzles. This makes them a cost efficient solution for humidification in greenhouses, without the need for compressed air. One botanical garden in Germany installed the KB nozzles in their greenhouses.
High pressure spray nozzles for dust suppression
Our KB and KBN nozzles are ideal for dust suppression due to their small droplet size. By spraying a non-wetting water droplet that is the same size as the dust particles, we can suppress the dust particles and avoid these particles from reaching specified objects. In addition, the increased humidity will also increase the conductivity of the air and further prevent particles from sticking to objects. Read more about dust suppression here
Outdoor cooling
High pressure spray nozzles can also be used for outdoor cooling purposes at sports events or in hot city centres. The small droplet size ensures that people remain dry while cooling down. It can also be used for cooling livestock animals at farms or stables.
Paper trimming
High pressure spray nozzles are also ideal for paper trimming during paper making. The CMP-T paper trimming nozzle provides a long and clear solid stream and sharp edge trimming without turbulent flow. It solves serious troubles such as winding of paper web and contributes to stable operation.

Odor spraying system
High pressure spray nozzles can also be used for spraying perfume in for instance cars or ski boots etc. The small droplet size ensures a non-wetting effect and the perfume can be efficienctly and fast distributed.
Landscape architecture and art projects
Our high pressure KB spray nozzles are also commonly used for outdoor projects involving water architecture. Amongst these is the Kings Cross Granary Square fountain where more than 350 KB nozzles were used. Another project was the Monheim Geyser where an artificially made geyser is surrounded by fog.
