The most suitable spray nozzle for a spray booth depends on the application of the spray booth. Spray booths are used for painting, powder coating, dust suppression, cooling, fire protection and more, and each requires a different spray pattern and droplet size.
Different spray booth applications and nozzles
1: Painting and powder coating
Painting spray booths are used for applications such as automotive painting, powder coating, plastic part coating etc. For a painting or powder coating spray booth, humidity control is extremely important in order to avoid improve the coating quality and reduce defects.
