The problems the customer was facing
Gheys offer a truck cleaning service for bulk tanker trucks and bulk containers. Here they both rinse their own fleet as well as 3rd party fleets. The truck cleaning is meticulously performed including high pressure cleaning, disinfection and deodorizing. Gheys was looking for a spray nozzle which could better withstand corrosion due to the cleaning chemicals which are being used as the nozzles were wearing out too quickly and needed replacement. After looking into different options, they concluded that a ceramic spray nozzle would be the best choice and found Ikeuchi’s VNP nozzles.

The solution
A VNP spray nozzles was the ideal solution for Ghey’s truck cleaning service due to its ceramic orifice and high pressure ability. Ceramic spray nozzles are unique for their resistance to chemicals, high wear resistance and resistance to corrosion and heat. In general, a ceramic spray nozzle will last 20-30 times longer than a stainless steel nozzle and provide a consistent spraying pattern for a longer time. This is why VNP spray nozzles are used by many car wash companies in order to save costs, water and chemicals.
