Ikeuchi at GreenTech 2025
GreenTech is an annual event in June, held at the RAI in Amsterdam. This year it took place from June 11th to June 13th. It’s one of the leading trade fairs for innovations in horticulture and includes themes such as medicinal plants, robotics and AI in greenhouses, precision horticulture, vertical farming, climate control etc, which makes it a great match with Ikeuchi. This trade fair attracts many visitors from all over the world.

With our offices close to Amsterdam, it was a short trip to attend GreenTech. We did have the unfortunate incident that the Dutch train service decided to go on strike on the first day. However, with some well-organized car-pooling, we managed to reach the destination on time. Our stand was located close to the main entrance, which ensured us many visitors to visit our stand. In addition, one unit of AKIMist® was constantly spraying across our stand, which made many people stop to feel the Dry Fog with their hands. This was a great starting point for a conversation about non-wetting humidity control, which amazed many visitors.

GreenTech in numbers
GreenTech hosted more than 530 exhibitors this year and had around 11.800 visitors from all over the world. According to GreenTech, more than 119 nationalities attended the show with the main countries being the Netherlands, Germany, South Korea, United Kingdom and Canada. GreenTech also facilitated a knowledge program with 80 different sessions and over 200 speakers, focusing on topics like extreme weather mitigation, AI in horticulture, and the future of greenhouses.
GreenTech was a great opportunity for us to present AKIMist® Dry Fog Humidity control for growers of all kinds. We got a lot of interest from growers of cannabis farms, tomatoes, mushrooms, strawberries and even flowers. In addition, we also exhibited our portable SETOV disinfection unit which is suitable for preventing the spread of diseases between greenhouses, and our unique square-patterned irrigation system, SSP, which has been developed with a 125° wide spray angle in order to cover a large growing bed at limited spraying height.
The next GreenTech will take place in June 2026, and we look forward to attend it again!
