Descaling Nozzles
Descaling nozzles are flat spray nozzles. We designed the flat spray pattern nozzles to produce a controlled flow distribution that will regulate the spray impact as needed. The flow distribution depends on the spray height, nozzle spacing, liquid pressure, and the liquid’s origin. However, it is not possible to get the desired spray distribution if the spray nozzle quality is inconsistent. IKEUCHI’s hydraulic spray nozzles are guaranteed for their spray angle and spray capacity. This way, the nozzle spray distribution, and performance are maintained as designed.
What is the process of descaling?
Descaling is the technical process of removing oxide deposits from a heated stock before or during forging operations. Moreover, scale formation occurs on a metal surface during the heat treatment processes. Thus, the oxide scales discolor the metal surface and hinder subsequent finishing operations.
