Standard angle full cone nozzles are part of the hydraulic nozzles. This type of angle is the most common angle for full cone spray nozzles category. What we refer to as standard angles, are the nozzles with a spraying angle between 55° and 105°. Moreover, the spraying capacity range varies depending on the model. However, there are nozzle series with small, medium and large capacity. Furthermore, by designing them with a solid cone spray pattern, the droplets are sprayed in a solid cone-shaped manner, delivering a round impact area. They also provide a uniform spraying distribution.
What applications are suitable for the standard angle full cone nozzles?
This spray pattern is often advised in various industrial applications as it allows an even distribution of liquid on a particular surface.
